The proposed agenda:
1. Report on the recent mass student demonstration against budget cuts in Great Britain: http://socialistworker.org/2010/11/11/students-on-the-march
2. Discussion of the state of local Palestine organizing:
This will include a report back from last Friday's exciting kick-off of the Western MA Coalition for Palestine as well as an open brainstorming session on how we can help build the movement for Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions (BDS) at UMass and HCC.
3. Fund-drive for the Center for Economic Research and Social Change, which sponsors the yearly Socialism conferences and backs Haymarket Books and the International Socialist Review.
4. A report on organizing efforts within the UMass Graduate Employee Organization
