(1) Building the Fight We Need
To prepare, read the following article: http://socialistworker.org/2010/09/15/building-the-fight-we-need. We will talk about our mobilization for the October 2 "One Nation" march for Jobs, Justice, and Education for all, and how socialists and other activists can take advantage of the opportunities presented by this rally to put forward our solutions to the crisis for working people and students.
(2) Movement Organizing Breakouts
We will break out into groups for the various movements we are involved with, talk about politics, strategy, and tactics, and then report back to the group.
